Emilie Kao, policy expert and Director of the Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Religion & Civil Society at The Heritage Foundation, joins this week’s Capitol Connection to discuss her recent commentary from the historic U.S. State Department Religious Freedom Ministerial.
Emilie Kao is an accomplished attorney and religious freedom advocate. Previously she has worked at the State Department’s Office of International Religious Freedom, Becket Law, the United Nations, and also taught international human rights law at George Mason University Law School.
She received her J.D. from Harvard Law and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar.
