The Nebraska Legislature convenes in just a few days on January 3rd. Because of you, this year, we established legal protection for preborn babies at 12 weeks gestation, protected vulnerable children, and expanded educational freedom. In the upcoming session, we will build on the historic wins we achieved in 2023 to further protect boys and girls and parental rights.
Our team is currently preparing a robust media and advocacy campaign to defeat two looming ballot initiatives in 2024, seeking to rescind Nebraska’s first school choice law and enshrine a “right to abortion” in the Nebraska Constitution.
Every tax-deductible contribution we receive will go directly to our efforts to thwart the plans of radical activists, defeat these harmful ballot initiatives, and safeguard our most cherished liberties for future generations of Nebraskans.
