Friday is the last day to register to vote for the upcoming midterm election in person at your county election office. Visit your local election office to register before 6 PM on October 23, 2026, if you’ve never registered before or if your name, address, or political party affiliation has changed.
Absentee ballot requests must also be submitted by 6 PM, October 23, 2026. Applications can be submitted by email. Print and complete an early voting application form and email a signed copy to your local election official before the deadline.
Election Day is less than two weeks away. Nebraska Family Alliance surveyed more than 100 state and federal candidates on key issues like abortion, girls’ sports, parental rights, religious freedom, school choice, gambling, and more.
Take some time to research the candidates with our personalized, nonpartisan voter guide before you head to the polls, and request additional copies of our physical voter guide to share.
Our team is here to empower and equip you. Know where the candidates stand on the issues that will impact your family, church, and community. Visit our Election Resource Center for a judicial performance evaluation, access a sample ballot to research local races, and get the facts on Initiatives 440 & 441 (oppose) and Initiative 442 (support).
The candidates elected on November 3 will represent us in Washington, D.C., and in every state executive office for the next several years. Your vote will shape the direction of the upcoming legislative session and the leadership guiding Nebraska’s education system.
The future of Nebraska—and America—will be determined by those who show up.
