We’ve just witnessed several landmark victories at the United States Supreme Court—and you helped play a major role.

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a 6-3 ruling upholding the rights of states to protect children from harmful gender transition procedures.

Today, the court issued rulings upholding laws that require age-verification to protect children from online pornography, and in a separate ruling, affirmed the rights of parents to opt their children out of school lessons that violate their religious beliefs.

These decisions come on the heels of yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, which held that states can direct Medicaid dollars away from abortion providers.

These aren’t just legal victories; they are answered prayers that represent generational wins for parents and children.

After years of leadership on these very issues, we are rejoicing alongside families across the country. And you made these victories possible.

Because of your prayers and support, NFA has led the way in enacting legislation in Nebraska to prohibit transgender surgeries on children, strengthen parental rights in schools, and protect children from online pornography through age-verification laws.

NFA filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court in each of these four cases, and we are overjoyed that the Supreme Court has reaffirmed our state’s duty to protect our most vulnerable citizens.

From the Nebraska Capitol to the United States Supreme Court, you are helping make a real difference for children and families.

But now is not the time to coast. Now is the time to build: for family, for freedom, and for life.

We have been calling on Congress to defund Planned Parenthood, and with the Senate poised to vote on the “One Big Beautiful Bill” in the coming week, we have never been closer to stopping the flow of taxpayer dollars to the abortion industry.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support. Together, we will continue to stand firm for the truth and turn this momentum into lasting change.
