Updates from the legislature include: A resolution called LR6, a convention of states bill put forward by Senator Ebke, was tabled this week due to a lack of support. LB44, an internet sales tax bill, was passed through the first round. Final touches are being put on the budget bill. A bill banning local gun laws in Nebraska was also advanced, despite a filibuster.
