The NFA Daily Spotlight: Emmanuel, God Is With Us, God Is Faithful
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel, which means God is with us. Isaiah 7:14
This week on the Daily Spotlight, Nate Graz reflects on the meaning of O Come, O Come, Emmanuel. The carol captures the longing of God’s people who waited centuries for the promised Savior and Messiah. During Christmas, we celebrate that God fulfilled the prophecy, and Emmanuel, God is with us. May this season remind us of God’s faithfulness and the hope we have in Jesus the Redeemer.
