Chuck Donovan is President of the Charlotte Lozier Institute in Washington D.C., the education arm of the Susan B Anthony List. A leading pro-life advocate, Chuck worked as a writer for President Reagan, is a former Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee, helped lead the Family Research Council for nearly two decades and most recently worked as a senior research fellow in religion and civil society at The Heritage Foundation.
