This is a huge victory for our state—and it wouldn’t have been possible without you.
Preborn babies will be protected from abortion at 12 weeks gestation instead of our current 22-week gestational limit, which has remained unchanged since 2010, and performing “gender-altering” surgeries on children will be prohibited.
Today, courageous leadership and an unwavering commitment to protecting children defeated the lies and extreme tactics deployed throughout this year’s session.
If your senator voted in support of LB 574, please thank them.
We know this battle will continue, and we are as resolved as ever to continue working to ensure all preborn babies receive the love and protection they deserve from conception.
Despite the many obstacles and challenges we have faced this session, you have remained committed to advancing truth and protecting our children—born and unborn.
Thank you for praying, contacting senators, staying engaged, and answering the call to help make our state a place where God is honored, families thrive, life is cherished, and religious freedom flourishes.
Together, we are making a difference in Nebraska!
