POLICY 📑

• • 0 NFA-Opposed Bills Became Law: This is the ninth consecutive year we’ve successfully blocked a multitude of bad policies and harmful legislation from becoming law.
  • 6 Amicus Briefs Filed in Court: Sometimes, policy battles are won and lost in the courtroom. NFA signed on to six amicus briefs filed in district and federal court to protect children and families.
  • 9 NFA-Supported Bills Passed into Law: These weren’t insignificant victories, either. We worked to pass landmark legislation protecting religious freedom and advancing a culture of life.
  • 28 Testimonies on Policy Proposals: NFA was your representative at the State Capitol, testifying at committee hearings on important legislation.

PRAYER 🙏

• • 24/7 Access to Prayer Place: Prayer is the foundation of everything we do. Literally. Our Prayer Place ministry is located on the first floor of our building, providing a free space for groups to pray, study the Bible, and worship.
  • 933 “Adopt A Leader” Prayer Participants: Wherever they fall on the political spectrum, our elected leaders need our prayers. “Adopt” your representatives in prayer, and we’ll send you a free prayer packet!
  • 100s Attended the Nebraska Observance of National Day of Prayer: Nebraskans from across the state filled the State Capitol to pray for our state and nation at our annual NDP prayer service.

OUTREACH 📢

• • 330 Informative Radio Programs: The NFA Daily Spotlight is broadcast every weekday on 20 radio stations across the state, and tune into our weekly podcast, the NFA Report, on-air Sunday mornings and wherever you get your podcasts.
  • 418,000+ Pieces of Pro-life Literature: We printed and distributed hundreds of thousands of handouts educating voters on the competing abortion ballot initiatives.
  • 1,030,000 Personalized Voter Contacts: By mail, phone, and email, we utilized multiple platforms to reach and inform voters about the candidates and issues on their ballots.
  • 4 Million Digital Ad Impressions: With a dynamic digital marketing campaign, our online, streaming, and social media ads were seen by voters across Nebraska.

GENERATIONAL WINS 🏆

• • Initiatives 434 and 439: In a decisive election, Nebraska became the first state to establish constitutional protections for preborn babies and rejected a radical proposal to legalize late-term dismemberment abortions.
  • First Freedom Act: Prohibits the government from shutting down churches and strengthens individual religious liberty rights.
  • Pregnancy Help Organization Tax Credit: Creates a new annual tax-credit program for private donations to pregnancy help organizations.
