Bottle clubs, or “bring-your-own-beer clubs” are businesses that don’t serve alcohol but encourage patrons to bring their own. Because of this, they aren’t required to be licensed by the liquor control commission.

Nebraska Family Alliance has sincere concerns regarding the general health and safety issues at stake when a bottle club is acting like a nightclub but is not regulated like one. However, there are also significant signs these clubs may be sexually exploiting women. They must not be ignored.
