LB 626, The Nebraska Heartbeat Act, has been scheduled for a committee hearing on Wednesday, and now is the time to submit comment!
This bill will protect the lives of preborn babies by prohibiting abortion when a fetal heartbeat is present.
Your voice is needed to help advance the bill. Letters of support can be submitted online on the bill’s webpage. Senators can see each comment and how many total submissions have been made for and against the bill.
This is a huge opportunity for senators to see how much support exists for protecting preborn babies with heartbeats from abortion. Would you take two minutes to submit an online comment supporting LB 626?
