LB 626, the Nebraska Heartbeat Act, is scheduled to be debated all day in the Nebraska Legislature this Wednesday, April 12th, and we need your help to advance the bill.
The bill needs 33 votes to reach cloture and advance to the next round of debate, and pro-abortion senators have promised to filibuster the bill for eight hours.
We believe LB 626 has a path forward, but it won’t happen without you.

If your state senator is not a co-sponsor of LB 626, please let them know why you support the bill and why Nebraska needs to establish protections for preborn babies with beating hearts.
