A bottle club is a bar or nightclub that doesn’t serve alcohol, but instead encourages patrons to bring their own. Essentially, these clubs operate like any other bar or nightclub but don’t follow any of the same rules or regulations.
State and municipal laws prohibit nude entertainment where alcohol is served. Alarmingly, since bottle clubs currently don’t require a liquor license, nude ‘entertainment’ is allowed and physical contact is permitted.

Unlike a traditional strip club, bottle clubs have fully nude dancers, allow patrons to make physical contact with dancers in sexually intimate areas, allow minors to enter, and have closing times of 5 AM.
The more we’ve gotten involved with and studied the issue of trafficking, the more connections we’ve seen between human trafficking and sexually oriented businesses. These types of environments and industries fuel sex trafficking in Nebraska.
