State Sponsored Sports Gambling Before U.S. Supreme court

The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a new case on expanded gambling. In Christie vs. NCAA, there is a challenge to a Federal law that prohibits state sanctioned gambling on sporting events outside of Nevada. John Rustin, Executive Director of the North Carolina Family Policy Council, a sister organization of Nebraska Family Alliance, joins the program to discuss an amicus brief submitted to the court.
