Judicial Appointments and Religious Freedom

This week on the NFA Daily Spotlight, Karen Bowling has a conversation with U.S. Senator Ben Sasse about judicial appointments and how the judiciary branch is being politicized. Also, Rick Garnett, Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame joins the program to continue the conversation on constitutional law and the first amendment. Listen in as they discuss the role of social media in the break down of civil discourse, how to accommodate religious freedom when it is in conflict with the law, and what the proper role of the judiciary branch should be.
