The NFA Daily Spotlight: Courageously Advancing Biblical Truths And The Gospel Message

Christians are called to boldly share the Truth with a dark, hopeless, secular world. When we model the character of Christ in our discourse, hearts and minds are changed and brought to redeeming salvation. Jim Daly, President of Focus on the Family, joined the Nebraska Family Alliance Daily Spotlight this week to discuss how their ministry is equipping families with scripture-based parenting and marriage resources, advocating for Biblical principles, and sharing the gospel with others. Regardless of worldly opposition and rebuke, we must never shrink from Biblical truths, but in order to influence policy and culture and advance the gospel, our message and responses must be delivered with love, joy, patience, gentleness, and kindness.

“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they set it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others.” Matthew 5:14-16
