The NFA Daily Spotlight: Empowering Parents And Supporting Students

Nebraska Family Alliance (NFA) is committed to empowering parents and supporting students. In the classroom, well-funded activist groups are modifying public school policies and forcing transgender ideas into elementary curriculum, teacher trainings, locker rooms, and athletic programs. Learn how parents can protect their children and respond by requesting a free Parent Resource Guide.

NFA recently submitted testimony in support of a bill that would allow homeschool students to participate in extracurricular activities. LB 92 provides homeschool students equal access to publicly-funded after-school programs. NFA is also closely monitoring LB 364, which would create scholarship opportunities for low-income families to send their children to the school of their choice by establishing a tax credit for private donations to scholarship-granting nonprofits.
