The NFA Daily Spotlight: The Most Important Election Of Our Lifetime

The abortion industry is circulating a ballot initiative seeking to create a right to abortion in the Nebraska Constitution, which would legalize abortion until birth. Abortion advocacy groups are currently collecting signatures and spending millions of dollars to confuse and mislead voters. Local pro-life leaders are responding with an initiative to protect our current 12-week law and allow greater protections going forward.

Life is a human right, and women, children, and families in Nebraska deserve real love and support, not dangerous proposals that jeopardize the health and safety of women and end the lives of precious baby boys and girls.

In 2024, voters will decide: Will we be the first state to defeat the abortion industry and establish basic constitutional protections for preborn children?
